Crytek still 'Thinking About Timesplitters'

It's certainly a lot more discouraging, yes.
If there's one good thing we can extract from this short conversation, it's the positive reaction to the idea of an HD remake. I still firmly believe that if they go ahead and do it, re release all 3 on a current gen collectors disc, they can start to gauge interest from there.

I don't think it would be a disc. Most likely PSN/xbox live material. TS2 HD would be enough to hold me over for a while. I would love to play that game online.
Of course the Crytek UK project, whether TimeSplitters or not, I still believe will be something we should all be looking forward to.
