It was a risk. How the hell does Rick know that the virus hasn't traveled all the way to Hershel's body? And even if it didn't, he would still slow the group down.

I didn't have anything against the 1st episode; thought the 2nd was one of the best yet.  Awesome "shit happens" scene. And thanks for saving Hershel, but otherwise, F Lorie. "Do what you gotta do".  Yeah, thanks for the advice sweetie.  Didn't really need it.  Also, good to see Carl getting to be useful.

I love this show and finally decided to also post in this thread, haha. Been following it a long time.

If you mean with "Walk With Me" episode 3, then I have to say I really enjoyed it, yet I thought the Governor would've been more evil (as I expected him to be after reading all those things about him). He's not nice of course, but the ending of this episode didn't make me think like: "OMG this man is crazy."

Might be me, though. Also, very glad Hershel is still alive, was already pissed because of Dale dying. Now hoping he'll live for a long time.
