Crytek Community Manager denies on Twitter that TS4 has been made yet.

NDA again. I do agree that him saying "It hasn't been made yet." is a way of getting past the NDA, anyway make of this what you will.
EDIT: The way I see it, E3 this year or it's done for.

I don't think its that definitively bad, because of the NDA. If Cry_Tom had said WHEN it happens, that would be breaking the NDA, because that would imply they are working on it. Saying IF it ever happens, safely does not suggest that. And to tweet like crazy about it, and "unfortunately not" means at least someone at Crytek seems actually enthusiastic about the prospect of it happening... one day.

This twitter pic looks pretty confusing to me. Does the stuff repeat itself multiple times or what?
"It hasn't been made yet." sounds pretty like pretty much nothing. Why don't they just say "NO"? That would make this stuff quite easy ... <_<

As far as I can see, it's just the first comment that is repeated. It looks confusing because I had to expand the 'tweet' so I could show what the replies were.
