Anyone else want to suggest their favourite films? We also need one more suggestion from you Godman.

Suprised that nobody had nominated that already :tarryhipper:

I would have chosen Alien, but since Aliens has already been nominated, I chose this instead - it was one of my favorite films as a kid.

Hmm... Though it probably isn't my second favourite film, I'll go with Airplane! (1980).

Actually, I'll go with Jurassic Park. Reminded of it by one of Fezzy's posts, and it is an epic film.

How the hell are those special effects so damn good?

Let's begin this thing.

I have used a RNG to determine which film will face which film and of course, it decides to pit my two films together first... (other matches can be found on page 1).

So the opening match will be contested between 127 Hours and Finding Nemo. Vote for which film you believe is superior.

127 Hours (Jestem TS)
A mountain climber becomes trapped under a boulder while canyoneering alone near Moab, Utah and resorts to desperate measures in order to survive.

Finding Nemo (Jestem TS)
After his son is captured in the Great Barrier Reef and taken to Sydney, a timid clownfish sets out on a journey to bring him home.

It started already? Hmm.

I pick Finding Nemo. I hated 127 hours. Couldn't get into it. Finding Nemo isn't Pixar's best, but it is still awesome.

Wait a minute, these were both submitted by the same person...

Anyway, do I vote for a movie where a man spends 127 hours cutting his arm off, or one of my favorite childhood memories?

EDIT: Admittedly, 126 Hours does actually look cool, but Finding Nemo was just awesome :tarryhipper:

Out of those 2, I'd say I liked Finding Nemo more.

Ah spunkrockets! I feel like I should've submitted a match up for this. Never fear, I shall vote recklessly to stir things up! >: D

Both good films but Nemo is a classic.

This seems like another one of those polls where only two people vote for one and the rest vote for the other, since everyone seems to enjoy Finding Nemo more.

In an incredible landslide victory, Finding Nemo destroys 127 Hours 12-0.

Our next match is between Invasion USA and Tropic Thunder.

Invasion USA (Comatos)
A one-man army comes to the rescue of the United States when a spy attempts an invasion.

Tropic Thunder (Undead Priest52)
Through a series of freak occurrences, a group of actors shooting a big-budget war movie are forced to become the soldiers they are portraying.

It's maybe a silly question, but since there is my movie, can I vote or not?

Yeah, I would assume so. Everyone seems to allow it on any other poll.
Besides, I put up Tropic Thunder and I'm voting for it.
