Showdown Upon Terra - It's a Western set in the future. It's a really weird idea.

The Vipers - A young man and his friends form their own gang and their own style, calling themselves 'The Vipers' to flush out hood gangs.

Heartfall - In a battle at Rio, Brazil, a squad of soldiers discover plant like aliens, and are forced to confront their general, who is all behind this. It's not your standard Alien invasion crap.

Deacon Shadows - A man returns to his old city, only to find out that his old friends are being hunted down by a mute half cyborg assassin, and that he is being tracked down by a vigilante group.

Occupation - In an alternate reality, the Nazis won. A group of resistance members plan to rescue civilians in prison camps and destroy a mysterious source of power.

not at all. That is as alternate history and scifi western. It takes place in the 1800s but aliens invade in the 1800s. Which is why they have weapons and everything else from that era.


-but there have been futuristic westerns. Firefly was a futuristic/scifi western TV series. And I am sure there are many others.
