Hmm...both great games.

Both original.

I'll think about this one...

I've never played Bloodlines (has issues on Windows 7, but I'm sure they can be solved with the almighty Google search). Borderlands is a game that ate up days of my life, and will continue to do so as the Borderlands 2 release date approaches.

For me its Borderlands, but only because I've never touched Bloodlines.

Should people that have played only one of the games be allowed to vote? I mean it's hard to check, but it seems strange to let them.

Borderlands defeats Vampire: The Masquerade-Bloodlines in a huge victory: 8-2.

SoulCalibur V

Platform: Playstation 3, Xbox 360

Summary:
Soulcalibur V is a 3D weapon-based fighting game developed by Project Soul and published by Namco Bandai for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on January 31, 2012. The sixth main entry in the Soul series, the game takes place seventeen years after the events of Soulcalibur IV, featuring new main characters; Patroklos Alexandra and Pyrrha Alexandra, children of prominent series heroine Sophitia Alexandra. Other retired franchise characters have similarly been replaced with characters (such as Natsu, protege of the ninja Taki, and Xianghua's daughter, Leixia), new social elements, new single-player and multi-player modes, and a new guest character: Ezio Auditore da Firenze from the Assassin's Creed series.

SoulCalibur 5 - Gameplay #2

Battlefield: Bad Company

Platform: Playstation 3, Xbox 360

Summary:
Gameplay in Bad Company is played from a first person perspective, and is built on the Frostbite engine. As the game is played through, players will be encouraged to use destruction to their advantage. The game contains many different weapons, which are classed as ‘Collectibles’. They are weapons that are hidden around different levels, and players are rewarded with achievements for collecting all the weapons. These weapons do not provide much help, as they cannot be selected through the game. They can only be used until they are dropped. Additionally, players are unable to change their weapon loadouts, as you start with a fixed weapon, in the form of the M416 assault rifle. Vehicles can also be used should they be found around the environment. Vehicles available include the staple of US military, in the form of the Humvee, the Russian Vodnik, Abrams, T90 MBT tanks, and other vehicles.

(There weren't really any other longer videos for this game; just Bad Company 2)

I'm definitely voting for SoulCalibur V. I don't really like any of the Battlefield games, and all of the SoulCalibur games are great. The fifth one was by no means the best, but it had things I preferred over some others. Terrific game in the end.

Use Gametrailers:

Launch Trailer HD - Battlefield: Bad Company

I love BF:BC, I would play it none stop if it wasn't for the fact that it is horribly broken and they cannot be arsed patching it. I don't know what it is about it, but I just find it so much damn fun. I doubt overs feel the same way, but it is up their with my favourite games of all time.

As for SoulCalibur, it is the opposite of the above and is a style of game that I don't really enjoy much; nothing against it, just ain't my thing. :l

I never really liked the Ratchet & Clank series, and I've never played either of the Just Cause games.
So I won't be voting.

Just Cause 2 for two reasons.

1) I nominated it.
2) It's one of the most incredible open world games and I really hope they announce the third at E3.

Ratchet & Clank 3 is far more original and replayable than the awesome-but-unreplayable-kinda-creative-huge-not-really-actually-variety-lacking JC2.

Than the previous two games and spin-offs?

Just Cause 2 for one reason:
1) I love it.
I think this would be fun if every body was a monkey and have your neck snapped.

No - it's Just 'be'Cause :tarryhipper:

I loved JC2 and Ratchet & Clank 2 (never played R&C3, but I can't imagine it being much different), and both were great in their own way. R&C easily wins for story (since JC2 has the second worst voice acting I've ever seen in a game), but JC2 has the edge in both gameplay and graphics, being the second best alternative to GTA ever (with The Simpsons Hit & Run being first).

I vote Just Cause 2
