Platform(s): Xbox 360, Playstation 3

Summary:
Soulcalibur V is a 3D weapon-based fighting game developed by Project Soul and published by Namco Bandai for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on January 31, 2012. Other retired franchise characters have similarly been replaced with characters (such as Natsu, protege of the ninja Taki, and Xianghua's daughter, Leixia), new social elements, new single-player and multi-player modes, and a new guest character: Ezio Auditore da Firenze from the Assassin's Creed series.

Let's Play SoulCalibur V Part 2

(I took the courtesy of using one of my own videos of my friend and I playing this game)

Wahoo, another match I can vote in.

SoulCalibur V is a great game, although it had many disappointing features. However, even considering them, I still really enjoyed the game and wouldn't say it is an overall disappointment.

On the other hand... Borderlands is an overall great game and I spent much time playing it. Definitely voting for that.

You can hardly compare the two, but the massive content you get with Borderlands is pretty overwhelming. So I voted for that.

I just ordered the Ultimate Loot Chest edition of Borderlands 2. So much win! :O

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic

Release Date: July 15, 2003

Platform(s): Xbox, PC

Summary:
KOTOR's gameplay consists of two parts, combat and dialog. The combat is turn based, although the animations give the illusion of real-time combat. The player may pause the game at any point during combat to get their bearings and rethink their strategy. The combat is based on Wizard of the Coast's d20 system. Your character may be equipped with a long-range weapon such as a blaster, or a short-range weapon such as a sword or a lightsaber. In addition to your weapons, you can use force powers that your character has learned throughout the course of the game, as well as those of your companions.
The other half of gameplay is the dialog where you interact with the NPC's through complex dialog trees. The game allows for a wide range of moral choices and options so that even after multiple playthroughs new content may still be discovered. The player is encouraged to build an emotional connection with their crewmates, to learning their back-stories and even fall in love with them. The game tracks the players choices to determine their alignment to either the dark or light side.

Just Cause 2 is fun but it isn't really that replayable due to the horrible story and lack of interaction with the world you are given with to free roam.

But I don't like Knights.

Just Cause 2 it is.

Just Cause 2 is the most fun and re-playable game of its type - there is literally an entire country full of things to do, even if the story and voice acting are crap. :tarryhipper:

Gotta be KotOR. It's the best game Bioware has put out since Baldur's Gate.

In my opinion KotOR is definitely the better game. I would also say it is one of the best games I have ever played. But I have to say it is a bit outdated and I'm not so much into Star Wars. But I'm getting old. Kids these days prefer explosions and action. :P

It is a bit clunky, and to be fair Taris is a drag on your second time through (at least 2 runs are obligatory for KotOR, for hopefully obvious reasons). But I love it all the same. It's worth it just for HK-47 and Jolee.
