I made a thread about trying to get this campaign and the games mentioned on Rooster Teeth and Achievement Hunter if anyone's interested. If it gets mentioned on that website in some way the interest could spike significantly like it recently did for Arma II when they made that "This Is..." video about the DayZ mod.

I really hope this picks up steam again, I think the key to winning this battle is to go to battlefield and cod forums.  Ask them to support their fellow gamers and show an interest in the games that are the successors to goldeneye.

I have to agree that trying to get CoD and Battlefield fans to support a new TS game would be nigh impossible.  They hate their fellow CoD/Battlefield gamers (judging by the way they talk to each other online), so there's no way they're going to support people who want a game that is the polar opposite of the garbage they play.  My guess is that if TS fans brought all this latest news to the attention of CoD/Battlefield fans, the CoD/Battlefield fans would just go around doing everything they can to bash the TS series (despite having most likely never even played it) simply for the sake of being rotten.  Then again, maybe I'm just excessively cynical and stereotype people have have bad tastes in videogames just a bit too much.

I say give PostwarOrphan's idea a try.  Getting information in just the right spot on the internet and branching out to people who may have little to no previous knowledge of the information can have amazing results.


Just realized I hadn't read the latest posts in PostwarOrphan's thread.  I see we already got attention from someone of importance.  Neat!

Thanks. Fragger from Achievement Hunter actually saw the post and said he'll tip off the news to Jack and Geoff to mention on AHWU (which will be today, so keep an eye out), and he said by the end of July he'll be doing a "Retro Active" video on TimeSplitters, which is sort of a spin-off of the "A Look Back At..." series.

I tried to get in contact with Game One, the biggest gaming show on German TV. If they cover it on TV, hell you'll get probably another 20k likes (hopefully).

Yeah, well, GameOne is in summer break. So no episodes until august or something :/
