TS1 Story and Challenge Competition

Hi, I'm new to these forums and was wondering if anyone wants to compete against me, I'd happily play TS1 and post scores I got in this topic. I am close to world records and am part of the elite. I will do Story and Challenges, depending on which you would rather do. Post here if you want to try to compete. I would like it if I could compete against 2-3 other people.  Also, please don't lie about your scores that you get or it just makes it boring and there is no fun in it. Thanks and have fun competing (once people actually post).

  I remember, we've had a few conversations, but I only joined in 2011, but I think I'm tied with C.P. Do you want to try TS1 again or do you know anyone who'd like to? I've been talking to Ace about playing and got a few good times on Chinese Easy and Normal, but he's too busy to play at the moment, but he might in the future. I really want to get people like MepH etc back to playing TS1 . Also it's kind of boring playing on my own :/

I'm on a trip now, I don't my PS2. I haven't felt like playing TS1 for some times anyway.

Come on now people, share your times and give a shot at improving them. It doesn't matter how "bad" they are. Speedrunning TS1 is way more fun than you might think.

The forum's reasonably slow right now.  You may have to wait a few days for replies.

Also, I personally probably won't do this.  If I play, I'll be playing splitscreen, meaning I can't really participate aside from posting a score for LastStand (which still isn't comparable to the single-player version because I'll have a teammate).

I seriously would, but sadly I'm off my TS phase, and probably will be off it for a while. I wish this forum wasn't so slow, but hey, what can you do?

ah, yes, it's possible in story mode. I suppose that would mostly involve one player running for the pick up, while the other player is cleaning the way back.

Some of the speedruns on record are so perfectly fast, I question if having the added firepower of a teammate would even improve them.  I guess one player could actually shoot the other to make them go faster; though in TS1, I'm pretty sure getting shot doesn't bump you around like it does in TS2 and TS3.

Yeah, I actually meant for every TS game. It would be very hard to improve the TS1 story records for single player, but it's possible on some levels like Cyberden where one player start a bit further away.
